1. People who rely on their own abilities to fight alone

3. People who are indifferent to new things and push back.

Another example is that due to privacy concerns, I personally refuse: mobile payment, WeChat, Douyin, etc. However, as time goes by, I have become accustomed to only taking a fully charged mobile phone when going out, and quietly no longer need to carry a wallet or carry a mobile phone with me. Change habit. Therefore, we must slowly get used to the arrival of new things from the mentality of rejection. Turning a blind eye to new things and turning a deaf ear to them is actually a reason for not wanting to learn. If you don't learn, you will eventually be eliminated by this society.
4. People with single skills and no specialties
In the future development of society, we will lose a lot of jobs, so in manufacturing companies, our colleagues need to master two to three skills, and it is good to become a person with comprehensive skills, so that we can be in the future Only on this road can we head on and challenge the crisis. In fact, not having a crisis is the biggest crisis, and being satisfied with the status quo is the biggest trap. Some people will think that I am unfounded, but when it rains heavily, you have neither an umbrella nor a shelter to take shelter, and regrets are meaningless!
5. People with backward concepts and outdated knowledge
The six evil roots will ruin your life: self-righteousness, disapproval, relying on your elders, being old-fashioned, out of place, and deteriorating.

Reshaping the new team is my important task. Building a good team is the future direction of the company, so we need to build our new Longer team through the following points:
