"At present, through lean improvement, 9 people can produce more than 1,400 sets of lamps per day, while 27 people in the traditional manufacturing model can only produce 3,000 sets per day. The per capita production capacity has increased by 40%, from which we can see the lack of competitiveness of the traditional manufacturing model in the market." Yang Jie introduced that with the efforts of the automation team of Langge Lighting, various semi-automatic and automated equipment replaced manual operations, meeting the company's needs for smart products with large batches and small quantities, and realizing the intelligent combination of smart lamps from design to manufacturing. At present, Langge Lighting's industrial design department has nearly 40 R&D personnel, and customized smart products have won cooperation with many well-known lighting brands at home and abroad. The company has also gradually transformed from long-term ODM production to independent brand (Howlonger) output.
